With a deep curiosity for the human condition, Jaime practices Integrative Therapy combining elements drawn from various methods (including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and the Tri-Phasic Trauma Practice Model) to create a tailored approach.
Jaime believes that healing is a collaborative endeavour and that the therapeutic relationship is as important as the therapy itself.
Modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, the Tri-Phasic Trauma Practice Model, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.

Jaime is a PhD candidate and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is also a member of EMDR Canada, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
