KRISTINA CORDEIRO

M.A., Ph.D. Student

Kristina is training to be a clinical psychologist at York University, where she is completing her PhD under the supervision of Dr. Robert T. Muller. Both her clinical and research training is in the area of trauma and attachment. She is one of our Therapy Group Co-Facilitators and provides individual therapy and assessments at our clinic as well, under the supervision of Dr. Anna Baranowsky.

Kristina has extensive experience providing cognitive-behavioural therapy to both groups and individuals. She has worked with children, youth, families, and adults over the past 10 years providing assessments and treatment services across a variety of settings.

Kristina's approach to treatment is relational, and she follows the Trauma Practice model.

Ms. Cordeiro is a Ph.D. student in clinical psychology at York University.  When she provides services at Bear Psychology or Trauma Practice, it is while under supervised practice with Dr. Anna Baranowsky, Ph.D., C.Psych and Anna Kozina, M.A., C.Psych.
